I am just back from the gym, my first visit in over a month. I am hoping to lose that little extra insulation I gained over those cold winter months, while still keeping my womanly curves which I love. Of course, we all know the benefits of exercise and healthy eating and we all know what to do, it's just a matter of doing it. Personally I am looking forward to having more energy! So I have started with drinking water and am on my second litre already :)
